Accommodation Check-in Guidelines for First-Year Students and Residents (2026–2027 Academic Year)
Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Privolzhsky Research Medical University” (PIMU)

Admission to PIMU dormitories for first-year students enrolled in 2025 will be carried out in accordance with the “Procedure for Allocation of Dormitory Places to Students”, approved by Order No. 257/osn dated 26 June 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure). The Order is published on the PIMU website under “Governing Documents”.

Priority categories for dormitory placement are specified in clauses 2 and 3 of the Procedure.

Allocation of accommodation is based on:

A personal application submitted by the student/resident, and
Supporting documents confirming eligibility for priority placement (see Appendices No. 1 and 2 of the Procedure).
Submission of Documents
Applications and supporting documents must be submitted by email to: zaselenie@pimunn.net, using the official form, by the following deadlines:

Students: no later than 18:00 on 18 August 2026
Residents (postgraduate trainees): no later than 18:00 on 28 August 2025
Publication of Placement Lists & Schedule
Final lists of students and residents approved for dormitory accommodation, along with the check-in schedule, will be published on the official PIMU website:

Students: 23 August 2026
Residents: 29 August 2026
Check-in Dates & Locations
Approved students will be accommodated at the PIMU Conference Hall

Required Documents on Check-in Day:

Passport (original + copy)
Two passport-sized photos (3 × 4 cm)
If unable to attend due to valid reasons (e.g., illness, travel delay), please notify zaselenie@pimunn.net in advance, attaching supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).

Dormitory No. 1: A nine-storey block-type building with 223 residential units for students. The residential units are equipped with furniture. Each block has a bathroom and a shower room. Each floor has two kitchens equipped with electric stoves, cutting boards, microwaves, and sinks.

There is a laundry room on the first floor. Wi-Fi is available.

Dormitory No. 2: A five-storey building with a corridor layout, featuring 185 two- and three-bed rooms. The building has undergone cosmetic repairs and is equipped with new furniture. Each floor has showers, bathrooms, laundry dryers, and two kitchens equipped with gas stoves, cutting boards, microwaves, and sinks. The basement floor features additional showers.
The first floor has a laundry room. There is a study room for self-study by resident students. WI-FI is available
The building has a student canteen.

Dormitory No. 3: A four-storey block-type building with 127 furnished rooms. Each block has a bathroom and a shower room. Each floor has two kitchens equipped with electric stoves, cutting boards, microwaves, and sinks.
There is a laundry room. Wi-Fi is available. There is a gym on the first floor.

Dormitory No. 4: A five-storey building with a corridor layout, featuring 218 three- and four-bed rooms. Each floor has bathrooms, laundry and drying rooms, and two kitchens equipped with gas stoves, cutting boards, microwaves, and sinks. The basement floor houses showers and a laundry room. There are also rooms for independent study by students. The first floor features a library and a reading room.
A universal sports ground with horizontal bars, a volleyball net, and hoops is equipped in front of the dormitory.
