To foreign applicants

• Admission Procedure:

  First, the documents shall be submitted via PRMU Applicants' Account to the University Admission Board (lka.pimunn.net). In case of a positive reply from the Admission Board the University makes an invitation to the prospective student. Then the prospective student gets a visa and comes to PRMU to submit the original set of documents personally and to pass entrance exams. Having passed the entrance exams successfully the prospective student is admitted to the University.
  
  Certificate of Equivalence is a document of recognition of foreign educational certificates (e.g. general secondary education, higher education) in Russia. The Certificate is issued by Main State Center for Education Evaluation (Glavexpertcenter) in Moscow. The official website of the organization: https://www.nic.gov.ru/en.
