Indian students getting acquainted with Russian cuisine

On April 8, 2023, an adviser of the Department of Foreign Languages (the Russian language section) hosted a culinary master class in baking pancakes and making compote. The first year FIME students got to know about Russian traditions, learnt new vocabulary about food and had fun.

Berry compote and pancakes with sour cream and condensed milk were the first dishes to taste for the newcomers to Russian cuisine. In turn, the students treated the adviser to a delicious Indian onion snack – bhaji. The guys were fully involved in the process baking pancakes and cooking compote, filming a video and having a hearty lunch.
