Dictation Practice in Russian

On April 16, 2026, Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod hosted the award ceremony for the ‘Russian Dictation’ international educational campaign. The event is a part of the ‘Russian Language as the Basis of Civic Identity and Moral Dialogue of the Peoples of Russia’ IV State-wide Scientific and Educational Pedagogical Forum with international participation. More than 500 people from Russia, CIS countries, as well as from outside of the Commonwealth of Independent States took part in this event. Contestants that have showed excellent spelling skills were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts by N.V. Avralev, rector of Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod, and Georgiy, metropolitan of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas.
