Scholarship Opportunities

Every year, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation offers scholarships for international students to study in Russia.

Quotas for PRMU are allocated by Rossotrudnichestvo (the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation) through a network of its representative offices, as well as through Russian embassies abroad.
