The Preclinical Research Center of the Institute of Fundamental Medicine has an international Quality Management System certification and GLP international certification. Areas of focus: pharmacological safety, toxicity (single and repeated exposure), atypical toxicity, local tolerance, allergenicity, immunotoxicity, immunogenicity, reproductive toxicity, pharmacokinetics (EIA, HPLC, HPLC-MS, spectrofluorometry), toxicokinetics, pharmacodynamics. Various SPF and conventional animal species are used in the research: mice, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, mini pigs, cynomolgus monkeys (2025).
