15 students of FIME PRMU took part in World Youth Festival, Sochi

World Youth Festival is generally hosted in different parts of the world every year. It was held in Sochi, Russia this year from the 1st to the 6th of March with the students of Privolzhsky Research Medical University participating.

Several actors, artists and a singer performed at the opening ceremony on the 1st of March. On the same day the students from Nizhny Novgorod performed songs in a choir. On the 4th of March the students and choir members performed on an open air stage.
The program was also attended by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, and he gave a speech on the 6th of March for the closing ceremony.

We are so glad that we were able to attend a global event which brought us a step closer to the world, and glad to represent our university. We thank our university, the Dean of the Faculty of International Medical Education Irina Gennadievna Stelnikova, Head of International Affairs Department Tamara Rudolfovna Bardinskaya and Head of International Student Support Division within the International Affairs Department Svetlana Valerievna Matalova for giving us this amazing opportunity.
