- coordinate your arrival in the Russian Federation with International Affairs Department of PRMU by e-mail: email@example.com, indicating the full name, group, and scheduled date of arrival;
- After coordination of your arrival in the Russian Federation with International Affairs Department of PRMU, send a ticket by email - firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days before the date of entry to Russia;
- Before arriving in Russia, you must fill out an application form, which is provided on the plane (recommended sample can be downloaded from the link http://www.rospotrebnadzor.ru/upload/авиаАнкета%20RUS.docx ). At your request, the specialists of International Affairs Department can prepare in advance for you an application form and send it to your email;
- When boarding a plane you must have a medical report in Russian or English, confirming a negative result of a test for COVID-19, made no earlier than three calendar days. If it is impossible to submit a medical report in Russian or English, it is allowed to submit it in the official language of another state with a translation into Russian certified by a consular officer of the Russian Federation.
The listed requirements also apply when traveling through Russia in transit by any means of transport.
Within 72 hours after arrival in Russia, foreign students must observe the self-isolation regime at the address indicated by PRMU and do the second test for COVID-19. Foreign students are not allowed to study full-time without the second test for COVID-19.
